BA GUA CURRICULUM

The ancient martial art of Ba Gua focuses on putting the mind and body into harmony through meditation, relaxation, physical movement and mind-body integration to control the flow of energy throughout the body. It is an internal form of martial arts that brings many benefits to its students. Students learn to coordinate the energy level between the heart, kidneys, lungs and other internal organs to achieve balance.
