
OUR CURRICULUM
Our curriculum is structured to provide you with a well rounded martial arts training program. This consists of stretching and conditioning exercises, self defense techniques, forms, weaponry and sparring.

Our system of martial arts differs from others. While others concentrate on competition and use martial arts as a sport, Fu Hok Tong Long focuses on the “real life” applications of this art and its self defense benefits.

General techniques include but are not limited to: Grappling, Praying Mantis, Tiger, Crane, Snake, Chi Sao, Chin Na Weaponry includes but is not limited to: 2-Sectional Staff, 3-Sectional Staff, Cane, Monks Spade, Spear, Pak, Cuando, Saber

You will develop a broader understanding of Chinese philosophy, fighting theory and application and self discipline.
Each class emphasizes on different aspects of our training program to ensure you get the most out of your martial arts education. |
